Our Purpose and Values
We began in 2012 when we saw a need for ECM technology in the custom Commercial HVAC market. At our core, we consider ourselves a tech company that leads the fan system industry with our innovations!
With a mix of industry veterans and young minds, our mission is simple: To fulfill our customer’s needs with speedy research and inventive designs, along with a passion for providing the best possible fan system in any new or existing air handling units.

The culture at Q-PAC involves daily ping-pong tournaments and basketball games, monthly All-Hands meetings, and everything in between — from food trucks to escape rooms.

Here at Q-PAC, we lead with empathy and not ego. It’s not about being “right,” it’s about collectively determining what’s best for the company. We expect mistakes because we expect you to push the boundaries. We don’t ask for forgiveness or assign blame when missteps are made. We consider this the “price of tuition” and the best way to learn and grow.
We also believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to hold each other accountable for living our core values. In addition to our four core values, we have a fifth unofficial core value: “Don’t be an asshole.” We’ve carefully built our team on trust and goodwill. There’s never a need to treat anyone badly.
