The Q-PAC Fan has been thoroughly tested by Intertek for quality and performance. The ETL mark is recognized throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as many international markets. This standard outlines various safety requirements, including protection against electric shock, fire hazards, and mechanical hazards. As a recognized component, the Q-PAC Fan has been found safe, reliable, and compliant with the requirements of UL 60335-2-40.

The Q-PAC Fan Controller has been thoroughly tested by Intertek for quality and performance. The ETL mark is recognized throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as many international markets. This standard covers safety aspects like inherent safety, operating values, operating sequences, and testing procedures related to appliances and equipment using automatic electrical pressure sensing controls. As a recognized component, the Q-PAC Fan Controller has been found safe, reliable, and compliant with the requirements of UL 60730-2-15.

The rules and regulations of the American Federal Communications Commission (FCC) are located in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Part 15 refers to a standard which regulates the amount of electromagnetic interference allowed from electronic devices like computers, TVs, laptops, telephones, and other low-power transmitters - devices operating at a frequency of 9 kHz or higher. The Fan Controller is compliant with Subpart B - Unintended Radiators. This applies to any device which generates radio frequency energy for use within the device, or that sends radio frequency signals by conduction to associated equipment via connected wiring, but which is not intended to emit RF energy by radiation or induction.

Q-PAC’s Control Panels have been thoroughly tested by UL Solutions to meet the requirements of the UL 508A standard. This indicates that the panel is designed and built to recognized safety standards for electrical equipment used in industrial settings operating at 1000 volts or less. UL 508A covers various aspects of panel construction, including component selection, wiring, grounding, and enclosure requirements.

The Q-PAC Multimotor Plenum Fan (MPF) is OSHPD certified per ICC-ES AC156, demonstrating compliance with recognized shake-table seismic testing for nonstructural components. This certification verifies that the MPF can withstand seismic forces while maintaining structural integrity and operational performance. Recognized by California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, the certification supports use in hospitals and other critical facilities.
