    FCR Title 47

    Radio Frequency Devices

    The rules and regulations of the American Federal Communications Commission (FCC) are located in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Part 15 refers to a standard which regulates the amount of electromagnetic interference allowed from electronic devices like computers, TVs, laptops, telephones, and other low-power transmitters - devices operating at a frequency of 9 kHz or higher. The Fan Controller is compliant with Subpart B - Unintended Radiators. This applies to any device which generates radio frequency energy for use within the device, or that sends radio frequency signals by conduction to associated equipment via connected wiring, but which is not intended to emit RF energy by radiation or induction.
