The Process

  • Designed the fan systems to meet the airflow, static pressure and size constraints of the 30" installation space height requirements using Q-PAC’s intuitive custom selection software, QUIPS
  • Internally fabricated and assembled the modular wall, Quick Connect Box, control panel, and ECM fans
  • Quick Shipped the five integrated fan systems as pre-packaged kits with labeling and fasteners in under 48 hours
  • Installed the fan systems using Q-PAC’s “plug-and-play” capabilities and on-call technical support team

The Results

How Q-PAC’s fan systems helped a Nashville, TN hospital quickly prepare for treating COVID-19 patients

Q-PAC exceeded the fan system delivery, installation, and operational expectations of both the project contractor and hospital. Each system's modular and integrated design measured less than 25" in height, with all components being hand-carriable for fast and easy installation. Project contractors installed all five fan systems in less than 4 hours upon delivery requiring less installation personnel and electrician support.
